  • Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
  • Returns are only applicable for items that arrive damaged during transit.
  • ⁠Customers must record a clear video while opening the parcel to document the condition of the package and product.
  • To request a return or refund, please email the unboxing video, order number, and photos of the damaged item to our support team within 3 days of delivery.

Once the claim is verified, our team will guide you through the refund process.
