Refund policy
At Fanoon by TDT, every product is carefully handcrafted and packed with great care. However, if your item arrives damaged during delivery, we will gladly assist you with a return.
- Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
- Returns are only applicable for items that arrive damaged during transit.
- Customers must record a clear video while opening the parcel to document the condition of the package and product.
- To request a return or refund, please email the unboxing video, order number, and photos of the damaged item to our support team within 3 days of delivery.
Once the claim is verified, our team will guide you through the refund process.
Please Note:
- Due to the handcrafted and unique nature of our products, exchanges are not available. Each piece is individually made and stock cannot be guaranteed.
- Claims submitted without an unboxing video or after the 3-day period will not be eligible for return.
